When you first wake up in your room, an announcement will play on the television.

You’ll be spending your first week before the game officially starts at a vast facility that has been completely submerged underwater. This facility consists of a central hub surrounded by four smaller spherical buildings. You can get to each subsection by either taking a shuttle or walking across a long glass tunnel.

[This is what kills him, because the exact moment that he decided his subconscious couldn't be stretching this out, it has nothing to do with the water or the currents or the overstocked wardrobe; not even the walking talking oversized hedgehog, really. No, see, if his subconscious was gonna give him what for, he would have never in a million years thought that there'd be some metaphor in there for not killing Beat.]

I mean, do we have to go along with whatever these pimping producers tell us to do? Hell no. But as far as I can tell, we're all seeing the same things. Lots of people. In big groups. All in front of each other, too. That's not how unbelievable things usually go, is it? Let's go over it again, Beat. Shouldn't we call that Host asshole "Mr. Trump" just to get on his nerves? [Jokes. Yeah. It's real nice to stretch your legs again, isn't it? And see the others whenever you feel like it. Might as well enjoy that part while it lasts. We have to find out whether there are any orderlies or whatever who are gonna get on our case. But since there are robots ticking around all over, the actual people in charge are probably somewhere else. They seemed pretty cozy on the T.V.
