When you first wake up in your room, an announcement will play on the television.

You’ll be spending your first week before the game officially starts at a vast facility that has been completely submerged underwater. This facility consists of a central hub surrounded by four smaller spherical buildings. You can get to each subsection by either taking a shuttle or walking across a long glass tunnel.

[After many, many attempts in a long and terrible struggle between man and nature, Tamaki has Made Fire. He is a modern-day Prometheus. He is a mighty phoenix rising from the ashes of adversity and soaring high in the infinite blue skies above.

It burns out basically instantly, but man does he look excited.]

However, this also proves a point about things not being exactly... fair? Maybe Souji is missing something here, but he's pretty sure some of these candidates are far more equipped than others for killing and surviving while at it.
